For peace of mind and in the unlikely case of any defect your suit comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Clearance suits are covered by a 30 day warranty.

Yonda will choose to repair or replace any defects that occur within normal wear and tear circumstances. Yonda retains the right to define normal wear and tear circumstances, but as a guideline this requires the customer to follow care instructions and take all reasonable precautions to maintain the suit.

Exposure to elements such as heat, direct sunshine, salt water, prolonged chlorine and bacteria and other harsh or abrasive substances can accelerate product degradation and may void the warranty.

Please take great care with fingernails and other sharp objects especially when putting on or taking off the suit. We cannot repair or replace products that show clear physical stress such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment.

Not covered under the warranty:

ANY COSTS RETURNING A SUIT TO US OR AN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

CUTS TO THE FABRICS FROM FINGERNAILS AND OR OTHER SHARP OBJECTS

USING EXTERNAL POCKETS FOR SHARP OBJECTS OR OVER FILLING

DAMAGE INCURRED DUE TO AN ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE OR IMPROPER USE OR NEGLECT. YONDA WETSUITS ARE DESIGNED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPEN WATER SWIMMING/TRIATHLON AND SWIM RUN ONLY.

WE WILL COVER ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR SUIT IS DEEMED A WARRANTY

These situations will VOID your warranty:

USING YOUR WETSUIT OR TRI SUIT FOR ANY ACTIVITY OTHER THAN TRIATHLON, SWIMMING OR SWIMRUN.

REPAIRS DONE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN US OR OUR AUTHORISED REPAIR FACILITY

ALTERING THE SUIT IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING EMBROIDERY, HEAT TRANSFERS, CUTTING (EXCEPT FOR THE BOTTOM OF THE LEGS WHERE THERE ARE CLEAR CUTTING GUIDES TO FOLLOW INSIDE THE SUIT), GLUING, AND SEWING

USING YOUR SUIT IN A RENTAL OR INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM OR OTHER COMMERCIAL USE.

IMPROPER HANDLING OR STORAGE

THE WARRANTY IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER/PURCHASER – IT DOES NOT APPLY TO SECOND HAND WETSUITS. (which only have a 30 day warranty)

Returning your suit under warranty

Returning your suit under warranty. Please contact us before returning your suit at sales@yondasports.comso that we can confirm whether this is a warranty issue. Please kindly attach a photo of the fault together with proof of purchase. If you need to send back the suit for repair or replacement please download our RETURNS form at the bottom of our website homepage and fill out and enclose with your return.

WETSUIT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow some of these simple guidelines to ensure that your wetsuit stays in the optimum condition:

RINSE WELL IN FRESH WATER AFTER EVERY USE

DO NOT LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND AIM TO DRY IN THE SHADE

DRY INSIDE OUT FIRST AND THEN DRY OUTSIDE

STORE INSIDE OUT

BEST KEPT FLAT AND FOLDED BEHIND THE KNEES AND THEN IN HALF

ONLY USE A HANGER FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIME AND USE AS WIDE A HANGER AS POSSIBLE

DO NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO USE YOUR WETSUIT. IT HAS BEEN FITTED FOR YOUR BODY SHAPE AND NO BODY LARGER

AVOID CONTACTING THE VELCRO WITH THE INSIDE LINING OF THE WETSUIT AS THIS WILL PULL ON THE SENSITIVE FIBRES

ENSURE YOU DO NOT DAMAGE THE WETSUIT MATERIAL WITH FINGERNAILS, TRY TO USE GLOVES AT ALL TIMES WHEN PUTTING ON / TAKING OFF

AVOID USE IN CHLORINATED SWIMMING POOLS

ALWAYS USE A PLASTIC BAG TO HELP PUT THE LEGS AND ARMS ON. THE SMOOTH SURFACE OF THE PLASTIC MAKES THE SUIT GO ON EASIER. THIS RESULTS IN LESS ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED AND LESS CONTACT WITH THE MATERIAL TO ACHIEVE THE CORRECT POSITION
